I have T5 and iPad Pro 2018,but it doesn't work on my iPad Pro,nothing happend when I connect to iPad Pro,I'm really sure it works with a SD reader,so is it a file system format or voltage issue?I have tried with HFS and exfat on GUID and MSDOS partition.

But Can you export to the hardrive from The Ipad?

I really hate my ipads… It is just a shame you still have to jump through loops for this. I sold all of my Apple crap years ago but I decided to get an ipad pro, 512GB so I can edit my videos on the fly. I did not use it for over a year because transferring files are such a PAIN. I always ran back to one of my surface devices... Thing is, I find editing the video on the ipad more productive these days. This just saved the day. IPAD OS better be good. People who say they replaced a computer with an ipad must not be doing it right... Anywho, thanks for your video. It was just what I needed.

Does work but it also requires you to name your files 8 characters long, something like "vid_0001" which is frustrating. They've made it a pain because they don't want you watching your own content, they want you to pay on itunes. Pass

What brand/model laptop are you using?

The pictures you copied to the hard drive are different to the ones you are importing to ipad this does not work shows pictures to import but want import but to ipad.

I have a Samsung EVO 860 2TB running with an external Satechi USB-C enclosure. When attempting to plug the drive directly to the iPad, I get a message that the iPad cannot read the device. Any ideas? Thanks
